At Siena Home, we want you to love every piece in your collection; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
